Alumni Events

Our alumni events are all about celebrating the vibrant East York Collegiate Institute community—past and present. Throughout the year, we facilitate a variety of gatherings that bring together graduates, former staff, and current students in meaningful and memorable ways.

Reunions Reconnect with classmates, share stories, and relive the spirit of EYCI at our class reunions. Whether it’s your 10th or 50th, these events are a chance to celebrate the journey and the friendships that started here.

Alumni vs. Student Games A fan-favorite tradition! Alumni return to challenge current students in friendly competitions—from basketball and soccer to other spirited matchups. It’s all about camaraderie, school pride, and a little healthy rivalry.

Fundraisers & Community Initiatives We organize fundraising events to support school programs, scholarships, and community causes.

Alumni vs Student Games: 

We recently hosted basketball and soccer games featuring both alumni and current teams for the first time. Thank you to everyone who came out to support and participate! It was a great show of school spirit and community. We're already looking ahead and hope to expand our sports alumni offerings even further next year.
